Delivery costs will vary according to the weight, the destination of the package and the delivery method. It should be added that these costs will be met by the buyer. The usual delivery date for Canary Island is 48-72 hours. Delivery times: from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, except bank holidays, according to the delivery route. These times may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delays in delivery, MY DRAP will inform its client as soon as it is aware of this.<\/span><\/p>\n

National deliveries<\/span><\/h4>\n

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. In the case that the client or the person authorized is not present at the time of delivery, a notification will be left and an SMS message sent so that they can collect the package at the nearest branch. If, after two days, they do not contact the branch to collect the order, it will be returned to MY DRAP.<\/span><\/p>\n

International deliveries<\/span><\/h4>\n

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. In the case that the client or the person authorized is not present at the time of delivery, a notification will be left informing them of the nearest ACCESS POINT so they can collect the package. If, after two days, they do not contact the branch to collect the order, it will be returned to MY DRAP.<\/span><\/p>\n

International Express deliveries<\/span><\/h4>\n

MY DRAP offers the international express delivery service in 24 hours in France and the United Kingdom. If a user is interested in receiving an item with the International Express service outside the countries mentioned, you should contact the company through the contact form or by email at shop@mydrap.com and we will look into your application and inform you regarding it.<\/span><\/p>\n

MY DRAP emphasizes the responsibility of the user of entering a full and correct delivery address. When the order is sent from distribution the client will be informed of this and the transport company will activate the monitoring functions to guarantee the delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the case that the client or person authorized are not present at the moment of delivery, and seven days have passed without being able to contact them or make the delivery, the costs for later resending will be met by the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

MY DRAP will not assume any responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the orders when this delay is the exclusive fault of the buyer or of the person authorized.<\/span><\/p>\n

The client assumes the risks of deterioration, damage, and loss of the products of the order from the moment of their delivery in accordance with the procedure ruled in these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n
